The Jesus Way India Welcome

It is the desire and endeavor of The Jesus Way to share Good News. We accomplish this through: a Life Development School that trains Indian nationals to take principles and implement them in their lives and the lives of those around them; and through reaching out to widows, the elderly, and at-risk children, assisting them with social services, clothing, food, and medical care. Our goal is to impact the areas surrounding our compound to make them a better place for each person who is hurting and alone. We want to make them feel loved and accepted, and help them receive an education to go further in life.

In our city alone, over 90,000 children call the streets their home. We want to help the children know there are people who love them and want good things for them. We will encourage them to dream big and to never settle for just whatever life hands them.

	Train and Equip Nationals International Life Development School—Our main function is to equip individuals with the tools needed to build communities, impact lives, and demonstrate strong work ethic, as well as trades to improve their livelihoods, assisting with micro businesses, health care centers, and many other venues. 	The Jesus Way Orphanage The hostel/orphanage opened in February 2000, and permission was granted by the government of India to open a nationally accredited school in November 2003. Our vision for the future is to host 4,000 children, supplying them with food, shelter, medical treatment, a good education, and the ability to dream beyond their situation or cast.
	Mercy Ministries The Jesus Way helps provide glasses, medicine, medical assistance, and hygiene training. The goal of these projects is to stop the cycle of sickness and disease. We also financially help widows, on a monthly basis, and provide food and clothing throughout the year. Our desire is to enlarge this important ministry, to impact in a physical way those in need, opening the door to the possibilities in front of them.

We are currently moving ahead with several projects. Please pray and ask God which one you should get involved with.

1) Bus - To bring village children to the school, to recieve a great education.

2) Building -
We are currently working on Phase One of our new facility, which will give us much needed room to teach over 1,000 children.

3) Acerage - We need to purchase the old building, and two lots next to our compound, to make room for growth.

Whatever your gifts are, we have a place for you to serve God and learn about operations. God wants you to use your gifts for His glory and for His kingdom. Whether you come for a week, a month, a year, or longer, you will find fulfillment doing what God has designed you to do.
